PRACTICE, DEVOTION & SERVICE
The basic discipline of the School can be described as knowledge, meditation and practice.
- Spiritual knowledge illuminates and shines reason upon the situation.
- Meditation purifies the inner being and provides energy.
- Practice means implementing in action that which has been illuminated, powered by the energy from meditation.
A prerequisite for enrolment:
Completion of the most of the first 13 courses.
WHAT IS THE COURSE ABOUT?
When we give our wholehearted attention to an activity then it becomes an act of devotion.
- Service is the natural consequence of devotion. When we are devoted to a person or an activity it is natural to serve the person or activity.
The Oxford English Dictionary provides a wide range of meaning for the word ‘service’. In particular it says
Behaviour conducive to the welfare or advantage of another.

COURSE FORMATS
FACE-TO-FACE
- 10-12 sessions
- Weekly face-to-face group sessions with a Tutor
- 2.5 hour sessions
- Course may include onsite workshop*
- Light refreshments served (Subject to COVID guidelines)
ONLINE
- 11 sessions
- Weekly live online group sessions with a Tutor
- 90 minute sessions
- Course includes a 1.5hr online workshop
- Refreshments not included
*Varies depending on location
